Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging VwebStudio for website development services, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. VwebStudio refers to our studio based in Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh, India. These terms govern all projects and services.

2. Services

VwebStudio provides:

• Website design and development
• Website hosting setup and configuration
• Domain name setup assistance
• Content management system setup
• Ongoing maintenance (as a separate paid service)
• SEO setup (as a separate paid service)

The scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before work begins
• 50% final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time fees unless stated otherwise
• Maintenance plans are billed monthly at ₹999/month

4. Project Timeline

Typical delivery times are:

• Starter/Basic plans: 3–7 business days
• Professional/Standard plans: 7–15 business days
• Premium plans: 10–20 business days

Timelines begin once the advance payment is received and all required content (text, images, logo) is provided by the client. Delays in content submission may extend the timeline.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as discussed during the consultation. Major scope changes or additions after work has begun may be charged separately. Minor content corrections and adjustments are included at no extra charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, content, and media on time
• Ensuring they have rights to any images or content they provide
• Providing timely feedback during the review process
• Maintaining domain renewal and hosting after the first 3 months (if applicable)

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the website content and design. VwebStudio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise by the client. The underlying code framework and third-party libraries remain under their respective open-source licences.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

VwebStudio sets up free hosting for the first 3 months using Vercel and Firebase free tiers. From after 3 months, hosting costs ₹599–₹2,999/mo. If the client chooses not to continue with VwebStudio hosting, we will provide the source code for self-hosting. Monthly maintenance (content updates, bug fixes) is available at ₹999/month as a separate subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

VwebStudio is not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue arising from website downtime, third-party service outages (Vercel, Firebase, etc.), or client-provided inaccurate content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

If the client cancels after work has begun, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the time and resources already invested. If VwebStudio is unable to complete the project, we will refund the advance payment in full. No refunds are issued after the final payment and website delivery.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
